Renowned jazz vocalist Steven Washington will offer an interactive youth-oriented program on jazz vocal style as well as a selection of songs performed by Mr. Washington and his trio. Students will learn about important jazz vocal artists such as Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, and Billy Eckstine, and how they overcame challenging beginnings to become some of the most respected American musical artists. The program, intended for grades 4-8, will run for about 45 minutes.

School groups and homeschool students are welcome, free of charge.
